Hyde Park Bayshore Family Session // The Rising Family
I had the privilege of photographing the Rising Family a few weeks ago and let me tell you, they are so adorable. Carter is two and has so much energy! I loved being able to play and chase him around while capturing him in his element. We started in Hyde Park and ended on Bayshore which made for some really beautiful backdrops. The sweetest part of this session is that Mary Elise shared with me that they are expecting another addition to the family in October!! I am just so excited to meet baby Rising and watch them grow. Makenna's senior session was truly a blast! We started in downtown St Pete and ended up at the Dali Museum, which is right next to where she will be attending USF St Pete in the fall! Her mom and sister came with us which was so fun and we all grabbed dinner together on the way home. I have had the privilege of knowing Makenna for the past year through church and she is such an amazing girl, inside and out. I can't wait to see what the Lord has in store for her. Welcome to the world baby Miller 🎉🎉! You are already so dearly loved. It is always such a privilege to be able to capture those first few days of life 💙. Baily and Chris seemed to slip into this new role of being parents so effortlessly and full of laughter and love! Miller was also wide awake throughout the whole session, clearly not wanting to miss anything that was going on. And of course, Dixie and Charley (their precious puppy and kitty) made it into a few family photos as well with everyone looking at the camera!! Here are some of my favorites from their session!!

Courtney is a stunner with an infectious smile that kept me smiling the whole session. To say we hit it off during her senior session was an understatement!! She is so cool y'all and just as beautiful on the inside as the outside 💕. We found some lovely spring flowers in Hyde Park and had to stop to snap this image then headed to my favorite rooftop that overlooks the entire downtown Tampa Skyline!!

Sand Key State Park, Florida Engagement Session// Colleen and Cody
My favorite thing in the world is to document love, you know that effortless kind, the kind Colleen and Cody have. As we were walking through Sand Key State Park just capturing the moments we were in, I asked them how they met, what their story was. They both looked at each other and smiled, and proceeded to tell me that they met through mutual friends on a kayaking trip. They were "just friends" for a while before falling in love and deciding to make it official. A few months ago Cody popped the question and I mean who could say no to the sweetest guy holding the most beautiful ring promising to love and cherish you forever 💍💎?! Cody is away serving in the Coast Guard and every moment they get together is precious. So here are all the amazing images from their dreamy engagement session, and Chase and I are so excited to illustrate their beautiful day!! Hurry up November 6!!

Wow!! Abby is seriously such a natural beauty and her laugh is so contagious. I had the best time getting to know her during her senior session at University of Tampa and Palma Ceia Golf and Country Club! Thankfully the rain held off and it turned out to be such a beautiful day. Abby is going to be attending the University of Florida in the fall and I just couldn't be more excited for her. Kelly has a heart of gold. She is so kind and down to earth, and did I mention a natural model?! I mean come on!! I loved getting to know her and her future plans during her Ulitmate ABKP Senior session. We started out at the University of Tampa then made our way down to Ullele (which is such a fun spot that I had never been to before), and then wrapped it up with my favorite skyline spot in Tampa. This girl got a FULL RIDE to Auburn, which is where my mom attended so it was fun to have that connection!! So of course we had to throw on the official college tee for a tee for a few shots!

This sweet family is full of so much joy! I met up with the Pickett family to take maternity/family pictures on Bayshore and then we went to finish off the session at Curtis Hixon Park! Luke definitely had us running around, but I love the genuine smiles that were captured! I just meet baby Eli and cannot wait to share his newborn session soon!

Ashley and James' love story started over 10 years ago, so as you can imagine their wedding day had been a much anticipated day for quite some time! The Southern Hill Plantation Club venue was absolutely stunning. Ashley & James didn't leave a single detail untouched. We fought rain most of the day, but it was so amazing to see Ashley and James handle the situation with such grace when plans had to change. The sweetest moments for me was to watch James reaction to his sweet little girl walking down the isle as the flower girl and then to watch his reaction again when Ashley walked down the isle (talk about an emotional double whammy.) The night concluded with tons of dancing, laughter, and a sparkler exit! James and Ashley, it was such an honor to be able to document your day! What a true blessing it was to be able to capture Collin's birth story! I have been working for the Kirby family for about 4 months now and I have been so excited to meet miss Collins! The sweetest part was her big brothers reactions to meeting her for the first time! Brandon, Wyatt, and Colt are already such great big brothers and I can't wait to watch this sweet family grow! Thank you Katie and Jed for giving me a glimpse into what parenthood looks like! It has been the most unexpected, biggest blessing the Lord has given me in this season! I mean, come on... I don't know if I have seen a cuter little boy's nursery. Every little detail was so cool and Jack was just as content as he could be in his precious home! The pops of gold, blue, and white is just so beautiful to me! Jack's bright blue eyes will stop your heart and he has the most charming smile. We started the session in his nursery and then ended on Bayshore! Happy 6 months Jack! You are so loved.

Y'all!! Hayden and Shannon (aka our sweetest friends) are officially back in Tampa and doing incredible things for the Lord. Hayden is the new student pastor at Christ Community Church and we couldn't be more excited to support them in this new chapter. We took some fun roof top shots for their moving announcement and like usual they are complete naturals in front of the camera and the most hipster couple I know ;) Meet the newest addition to the Roberts family, Zion their pup! When I met Carson for the first time it was as if we had known each other forever! She definitely is such a people person and immediately we clicked! We started off at Oxford Exchange with the beautiful white walls that make her stand out and then moved over to University of Tampa with the classic brick and greenery. We ended in her backyard with lots joy and glitter! So fun!! The whole time we were together talking she was just telling me of all her dreams and plans for after high school. She just recently had been accepted into her dream school Notre Dame, and is ecstatic to be attending there in the fall! Carson, keep shining girl! The Lord has some incredible plans for you!

It was such an honor to be apart of such a special day for Tim and Alexis. It was a day marked as being filled with so much laughter and joy! Alexis made such a stunning bride! The hanging lanterns in the tree by the ceremony was so beautiful, and no detail went unnoticed. The bridal party was so fun!! The most beautiful part to me was the way Tim and Alexis looked at each other. It is just so clear how much they are in love.

I adored getting to meet the Toomey Family during the rush of the holiday season. Everyone meet Matt, Jess, Erin, and Murphy (their precious lab). We met in St Petersburg in Straub Park. I had never actually been there before but it was such a pretty location and beautiful weather! Miss Erin and I sure did become fast friends as I held a stuffed animal on my head while shooting and was pulling out every trick in the book to make her look at the camera and smile! It was such a honor to photograph this family because Aaron is a talented photographer and I always consider it a privilege to work with another photographer. They have also been some of my biggest cheerleaders (whether they knew that or not!) I left this session encouraged and blessed that I get to do what I love and document life & family that is raw and real! The light couldn't have been more perfect this day and I adored watching their family interact. It is so clear how much they love each other and love the Lord.
